    can u plzzz change the background...it was very difficult to concentrate on the words...

    The grey hair is something I can relate to but not the fact that it is still there. Still lots of it!

    Stuff this chair. Good "stuff". I have problems heaving myself out of mine, not because I'm fat but because of arthritis.

    A great write. As a Senior Citizen, I can relate to it quite well. I wouldn't change a thing. I walk anywhere from 2 to 30 miles per day. I always walk alone, because I enjoy being alone. (see my poem "My Three Best Friends") I agree "stuff that chair"!
