You're my dark angel
My ragged seraphim
Fleeced and scarred
Skinned alive beneath the light
Halo caught by horns
The world has burnt you one more time
Acid tears and broken smiles
You saw this coming all along
Fall into that dark sky
The moon will hold you
Death and life brought together
Let your scarred wings fall
Its time to fall into my arms
Let the Light hold you aloft
and heal those wicked scars
White blotches on broken skin
You're my dark angel
My silent memory
Broken by the world
a world to large to care
let my small hand guide you
and take your scars away
