I tease about being old
as my eyesight is going,
my hearing is shot and these days
my body settles like an old house.
Yet, there is youth in my stage
where I wander without make-up
or grey hair (well mostly),
still giggle at dick jokes,
and new music continues
to hold some revelation.
As it turns out,
age really is relative…
Which means so is immaturity.
Suck on that.
