If I Were....(A Marine)


If I were in the Marine Corps,
I don't know what I'd do.
If you'd ask me if I wanted to,
I guess I would say 'sure'.

I think it would be kind of fun,
but also very hard.
Always being on the run,
And very very far.

I give my thanks, My very dedication,
To those lucky Marines.
I now have to focus on my education,
And keeping my room clean.

I might hope to be in the Air Force,
Just like my big brother.
I'll grow up big and strong, of course,
Either that or one another.

    I really do sometimes think what it would be like to push myself from the rest of the pack, to stand out, to be in the armed forces. I really like to imagine flying, I'm good with science, math, and I also excercise for 2 hours each day (not straight, =P)
