Tender falls the snowy down,
the pillow for fair Nature's head.
It blankets all the world around
by softly covering the ground,
whilst the world while sleeping sound
serves as her feather bed.

This is a very short little ditty, I realize. I decided not to add any other stanzas-- adding anything else would more or less complicate the simple image here conveyed.
