Come, take a look,
better believe it, its the truth.
It pains me to say it too,
that my wish of being with you, will never come true.
What would have happened,
if you were out with me that night?
I think you would've cried,
oh, no, probably died.
And for me,
i'd scold myself for my wishful thinking,
scream at myself for my hoping,
that you would ever be mine someday.
Like i've said,
its time to face the truth, i'll never be with you.
I guess i will feel blue for some time,
but that's my punishment for committing this crime.
Though sometimes i really wonder,
why oh why can't i have you.
Yet, in my heart the answer lies,
just get over him, it advises.
So now, i'll pretend, I'M SO OVER YOU.
but guess what, that lie's overdue.
