Heart

My heart you left behind smoldering in ashes...

Blistered heart ...your words have burnt holes through it.
leaving behind tiny blisters that long after you have gone ..ooze and burst. Leaving the vile smell of your last putrid words. Go to __ _ _ _!

Author notes

2. Blistered Heart. bring me depression.
This was easy I just thought of my last relationship.
Omited last word as consideration for others.

    Poignant

very poignant, I can feel some antipathy as well, just remember that these are lessons that are given to us by a higher source because we have to learn them for enrichment of our souls, no matter how painful,or as we think unfair at the time. God moves in very myterious ways, and you will be stronger for it.

Thank you for reading and commenting

My prompt was Blistered heart - bring me depression. It was easy for me to think of the words and draw on my past experiences. I agree God moves in very myterious ways.

May God Continue to Bless you and yours,
      Sincerely,
      Cheryl
