Restored Life

Angels grace me with piano touches
misted across tomorrow’s lips
Let me sip upon your wisdom of wine
inebriated with your song

 

Empathy illuminates earthly skies
turtle doves fly with hope’s heartbeat
Celestial skies mirror vision’s light
as angel breath lifts weary wings

 

acquiescence found in unseen dwellings
solace dances in the distance
between my voice and your lucid lyrics
I can feel resurrection’s breeze

 

Erasing the miles slowly to mend
Crackled bends with pavement restored

umm, so he wanted me to post it so that he would believe me when I said it was a good poem.. he claims it's a collab but I didn't do any of it.. so yeah.. enjoy!!
