Peace

I had one wish in this world.
It will never be granted.
There's to much hate, malice, and anger.
There's fighting on every corner.
Arguments on every block.
Murders on every street.
Can you take a step anywhere and say, "no one has EVER died here"
There's people starving in every town, city, state, and country.
There's people homeless everywhere you look.
Why? Why can't everyone get along?
How does war solve everything.
To make people fear you is not any solution.
Its just a means to avoid the real cause.
Is it so hard to get along.
Why is peace so hard for us to grasp.
Can you find the cause....or better yet the awnser.

    Peace is something we all want. I wrote a poem called forgotten its about peace. Peace has to permanently be in place in every aspect of everyones livestock before there is world peace... reasons why it may never happen.

    i don't think peace is possible ever.... just by opening our history books, we learn that there never was peace... we have just found more effective and cost-efficient ways to kill each other.. lets think of cause... why... hmmm... the only thing i can come up with is that we only want peace if we get it on our terms... so we don't get it. What do you think? Ofcourse great job with the poem... it got me thinkingg

    Very true, if someone would just stop and take a second to realize that fighting isn't the only answer, then the world would be a much better place.
