Worship Whom, When, How

Dear Lord, we know to worship only Thee,
yet some ask where that should be
and wonder might there be specific times,
as though to walk broadened lines.
So saith God, "Worship shall be each day
displayed in myriad ways
where time stands still, so insignificant
to those Mine own supplicants.
"There is no clean temple in these end days,
for each spews man's wicked ways;
thus wheresoever ye might stay or go,
speak OF Me to friend and foe.
"Speak TO Me of all that ye do or need,
as I have good plans for thee
but only if ye listen without fear
and open minds of good cheer.
"Worship only I AM from dawn to dawn,
in thy room or on the lawn,
beneath trees, blue skies, each and ev'ry day,
whether chit-chat or ye pray.
"For what is worship, if not purest love;
a choice made not from above,
rather that ye believe and God obey
as ye read Words that I say.
"Exemplify Jesus in all ye do,
love shown to all and the few
who notice and ask of thine reasoning
for Christ's salty seasoning."
This last Word God gives ye, "Obey My Law,
that ye be found without flaw;
yet, do because ye love Me and thy kind:
keep My Sabbath as Truth's sign."

Brilliant poetess you are. It is beautiful the loving reverence we give to the Father out of gratitude for what he did for us. This love brings forth a yearning obedience to Gods very Word. Beautiful poem and best wishes in the contest.

Anywhere and everywhere is the time and place. Like that old hymn says, "If you pray on Saturday or Sunday, it is always music to his ears. If you pray on everyday or one day, it is always music to his ears." It's true and God returns our love with so much more of his own.
