Photographic Memory

Don't you remember the hand photographs we used to take,
With our index fingers and thumbs?
Capturing moments of playtimes and
Nothing of any real importance.
Well, as we grow older, we start taking real pictures
Of things with real importance.
Friends, buildings, dresses, fruit, ourselves......
What skill we learn to hold a camera with,
And frequency to never miss a perfect moment.
Whether it be a useful cell phone or a digital.
How important photography is these days,
Clicking away at parties and sleepovers.
Well here I am making a hand photograph,
Relaizing that the most important moments of our lives
Are all captured as a child on the playground.......
In between the palms of our hands.

Be nice.

Haha, I got a small laugh of dresses and fruit being important? Buildings, sure if you're sight seeing. But dresses and fruit?
However, I do really enjoy this poem, especially the last two lines.
