Band aid

I think time's repeating.

There's no use in fixing things with band aid,
When the band aid isn't water proof,
Cause if it gets sticky,
You'll have to wash it off, don't you?

Perhaps we need to dry clean it,
Blow the heat on the band aid,
Let it burn for a couple of minutes,
Then kiss it better again.

But what if it falls off?
The band aid I mean,
Shall we cry over it?
Or does it just proofs there's no fixing these wounds?

I'm confused really,
But I guess it doesn't matter.

I'm positive it doesn't,
Though the band aid's barely sticking no more.

Somewhere I hope it falls off,
I think I need the proof before I want to believe,
Though facts have pointed out,
What I felt inside.
