I am the captor
And you are decieved
You entered this lair voluntarily
Now you suffer unseen
Unheard and alone
Shed your frightened tears
A little salt for my wounds
Let me ache
As I scream for you
Silence
We mustn't be afraid
I promise not to hurt you
Anymore
I release you
Yet you will never be free
You will forever be tainted
With the vision of my soul
Lying on the floor at your feet
Bleeding shards of glass
For you to step on

This is indeed interesting. In it's confusion, it feels like two people speaking, or maybe two minds? It reminds me of a Lord of the Rings character...I've blanked on his name...but anyway. This piece was fun to read, but dark, despite it's light backdrop. The red text was a little hard to read, but I looked past it. Excellent write and good luck in my contest.
