Two souls...from opposing ends of the breakfast club
Sworn enemies since...before their time
You, the panic stricken straight A...know it all,
and I, the teacher tormenting uninspired slacking...know it all.
Introducing each other to the middle ground of their habit
and tossing out the rough, foreign edges.
Closing the gap between polar opposites
Creating two of a kind and a common balance.
Engaged in semi-perfect harmony upon gray cloud.
waltzing through net lightening...tragedies...
Who never strike the ground, and shatter...
So from cloud to cloud, progress fluctuates, but never dissipates.
Whether contented or Ultraviolet sunrises,
the sunsets are all the same.
Embracing the oncoming cozy moonlight.
Setting the tone for words of devotion and goodnight.

I like the background that goes with this, it really fits. I liked the overall sound of the poem, it was easy to read and I didn't have to double back and re-read lines. I haven't read any other poems like this so far. I really like the style. Thank you for your entry and good luck!
