Rain falling soaking you to the bone
Feeling the wind blow on your face
The sounds of a spur jingling
On the heel of a cowboy boot
Wrangler jeans strait out of the dryer
Still warm as you slip them on
The smell of your horse as you hug her neck
The way your heart beats just a little faster
As he walks by
The scuff of your boots on a barn floor
The adrenaline pumping through your viens
As your horse speeds around those barrels
The feel of you favorite sweatshirt
Well worn and old but still fits like a charm
The sun on your back as you gallop your horse
Through the fields on a beautiful day
Those little everyday sounds and smells and feelings
That one person may never notice
But mean so much to someone else
The roar of a diesal truck as you start it up
When someone you have never heard talk
Congradulates you on your run
Always knowing your friends have got your back
When you need them the most
Jumping into the lake
After a long hot day of working
So easy to look past
But can make your day
The little things
Author notes
not done will work on it
Constructive critisism please
