Pick up the dirty laundry on the floor
Go to school just like the day before
Evil teachers make you look stupid
Boyfriends walk away
And friends walk in
Right when you need them
It sucks some times
And everyone wants
Something different than they have
You fail a test
Fall flat on your face in front of a cute guy
Fight with your parents
Comfort your friends
It's not always what we wish for
Or ever really what we expect
Things happen everyday
That put everything together
Or could tear it all apart
Spill chocalate milk all over yourself
Walk in late for class
Forget to do your homework
We're teenagers
We don't always have the best days
But every single day
Is just another day
So you got detention
For shooting spit balls at the sub
Or get grounded for your grades
Don't get yourself down
It's really not all that bad
We're not going through a nucleur war
Or fighting off giant insects
So I say be glad for what we've got
So you had a bad day
