Thundering batter of butterfly wings,
Shattering eardrums and crushing things.
Rose petals smashed by the weight of it all.
A humdinger Monarch a king of the small.
Boo...m! pkish.....!
Swarming squadrons battle assail,
Butterfly bantam's attacks go unquelled.
Enthralled in a dog fight of warring intentions
Spoils of war drain of floral invention.
Swis....h! Zoo...m! Slurrrr....p!

It has just gone dark here, it's probably a butterfly overhead!!!
Lovely reversal of the contest poem
Thanks for a strong entry!!!

This is a rather strange one, but I do think there is some reference to an event in real life. Ofcourse I may be very well mistaken. At any case lovely and well flowing.

It was supposed to be off color and humorous for this contest. The one it's entered in. Thanks.http://allpoetry.com/contest/2437133

Oh I know and it is perfect, but I wouldn't be me if I didn't play Super Shrink; whacky doctor eager to poke inside yoru brain. I certainly love it [my remark it being strange].
