a crumbling wall
one lone brick falls
shattering the already fragile mask
and you crumble
turning to a pile of smoking rubble
and maybe we'll stick a sign here
and turn you into a historic ruin
barely beating
appearing black as coal
your heart slowly freezes
and ceases to love
and maybe we'll give you a gravestone
and leave you to rest in peace
guns firing from both side
words used as bullets
and broken promises the bombshells
and maybe its no ones fault
and maybe we'll stick a rude cross in the ground
and say this is where you fell
or maybe, just maybe
you'll block the malicious whispers
and rid yourself of doubts
and we can put you back together brick by brick
unfreeze your most vital organ
and stop this internal war
maybe just maybe
it'll all be okay
or maybe, just maybe
you'll lay down and die
and we'll be forced to mourn you
one lone brick falls
shattering the already fragile mask
and you crumble
turning to a pile of smoking rubble
and maybe we'll stick a sign here
and turn you into a historic ruin
barely beating
appearing black as coal
your heart slowly freezes
and ceases to love
and maybe we'll give you a gravestone
and leave you to rest in peace
guns firing from both side
words used as bullets
and broken promises the bombshells
and maybe its no ones fault
and maybe we'll stick a rude cross in the ground
and say this is where you fell
or maybe, just maybe
you'll block the malicious whispers
and rid yourself of doubts
and we can put you back together brick by brick
unfreeze your most vital organ
and stop this internal war
maybe just maybe
it'll all be okay
or maybe, just maybe
you'll lay down and die
and we'll be forced to mourn you

this is awesome, this deffinitly doesn't suck.
don't bash your self.
You know how write, but you should before conscience of capitalizing letters, it takes away from a great poem.

I've not had a poem written for me before i don't think. It's really well written too, i like the repetition of "maybe, just maybe". That plus the theme of the poem reminds me alot of the intro to the movie The Crow.
I wont roll over and die. I told her i would love her forever so we'll just have to keep going and try again. The reward is worth pain a thousandfold.
Thanks Hollie, and you're allowed to call me Jon remember.
