I call the TV the one eyed monster of our time,
filled with doom and gloom the costs makes me cry.
We can't save the country by the worry and the stress,
we save this country one at a time you and I you bet.
Turn it off and take a look around,
and ask yourself what direction you are headed now.
If you are in debt what are you willing to do?
And know in order to find your way you need a new muse.
If you have an extra room why not rent it out today,
college kids need places to live and you can pay a bill this way.
All the kids that are old enough can pitch in as well,
part time jobs and in helping only time will tell.
If they refuse to help then things will get sold,
to make up for the money needed to help with the load.
Get to know one another and work together today,
for the faster you get out of debt the sooner you can play.
Make a plan of attack and list your bills on a board,
Attack the one most important and pay it off for sure.
Now move to the next one and know you are in control,
for being out of debt is the best feeling you know.
If you own credit cards and get rid of all but one,
This one will be paid off for debts to be done .
Only use it for emergiency auto break down or health,
and you shall find in time your true wealth .
It will take us all to help our own families indeed,
if you are on drugs this day you must stop I beg please .
For the hell you are headed for will be one of pain and sorrow,
it is a place where there will be no tomorrow .
Sell what you can today and rid your home of fluff
Know that in selling you would have enough.
To pay a bill and see the debt go down every day .
and brother and sister be proud cause we are surviving our way .
We are the working class they say we are the backbone you see,
and we tend to our business and get this country what it needs.
We follow the rules and yet so robbed we are today,
so lets show them how its supose to be done what do you say ,
Tired of the gangs then lets stop them today ,
Tired of the drug abuse lets give them no place to play.
Tired of being taken then bring family back again,
and know we are Americans we can make a stand.
Dont think of the world or even your state,
Dont think of others screw ups only your own today.
Look about you and see how to bring your home in view,
and in doing so tell me today what do you need to do.

Change oh yes their will be change .Welfare people whoi are frauding the government will be turned in . People on disability thats just home having kids and working for cash you will be turned in . Towns and cities using the tax money to go off on luxury trips we will be there to end it today .And yes there will be change and it is beginning today

ut that is life, and it is very true. The prices just go up , weather its bills, credit card dept. Or what ever kind of bill it may be. But team work to get the bills done it takes more then 1 check these days.

Very true. I tend to avoid the TV except to check the weather and watch a favorite sports tems play. Its depressing and drags down ones life. I have my own issues to deal with. And as far as the economy is concerned. We really arent getting hit here at all. If anything our economy is stronger then ever with local businesses making record profits due to our being able to weather the economic storm. Everything you say here also is true. Great job

I understanding what your say, but sometimes in few cases poeple need to work for cash. With the way thing are today not many companies are looking to hire and the ones that are have hundreds applying for one spot. I like to the way you say what you mean and that you hold nothing back.
