I really enjoyed reading this. However I think the capitalization of the beginning word in each line is distracting. It would be a little more pleasing to the eye if you would not capitalize anything until you started a new sentence.
"Don't die until you've made a mark
on this earth,
on other lives..."
Something like that looks much better than what you have. The poem itself (looking past capitalization)is beautiful. Reading it put me in a much better mood. It's very inspirational.

Ah, very sixties retro. Reminds me of reading a good old fashioned Walter Rinder poem. Just the sort of enthusiasm for living everyone needs.
