If you step to the plate consumed by your doubt,
or you don’t even try for fear you’ll strikeout;
You’ll never discover the one thing you need,
you must learn to fail before you succeed.

JUDGED!!
You've managed to get your message across wonderfully in just four lines, well done!
All the best to you in the contest

Kevin, you are the master of short verse that has a meaning. You can develope an idea into a few lines that make such a statement about life or spirituality. just the basic things that make life larger or smaller. I applaud your mind and your thinking in almost all of your writes. The time I have spent at your corner of writes has never been a disappointment. This is no exception. RC

thanks
you are welcome in my corner anytime... but, remember:
Sometimes we get stuck in the corner we’ve found,
when something might change if we just turned around.
Oh... there I go again... sorry, can't help it! lol - Kevin

I bought a lottery ticket on Wednesday. I did not win. The reason I bought another one today is that I accepted that failure. Had I not accepted the failure, I probably wouldn't have bought another ticket, and would nave no chance of succeeding.
