For Valentines Eve in celebratory joy good food perhaps wine but mostly in love
Gifted gestures in heart shaped box chocolates wrapped in crushed cellophane
colourful ribbons neatly tied in a bow gifted with intentions just so you know
a singlular rose or bunched in scarlet red
tokens that say ‘I love you’ without being said
overlooking the Tuilleries the air sings romance
captivating, beguiling so much to enchant
clinking glasses in crystal from champagne decant
fizzing bubbles ‘pop’ sizzling in gay sparkling dance a day for lovers a night for love
spangled in stars from heaven above ~ Hugsss n’ love Lib x x
