Orbit

warmth of blue
unfolds sun between
earth and rose nebula where
newborn pinions wing, then fold
sweet feathered sigh
midst faceted embers
and February

Beautiful - I love "rose nebula" especially. Danni and Wanda will, I'm sure, be delighted with this excellent poem, Karen.

    All the best,
    Bill

I bought roses today, one fushia and white, one peace, one a pink tinged in cream. My husband gimaced. But there will be aromatic nebulae this summer when the evenings are still and warm, and the ocean lulls the twilight into a flotilla of stars.

      Thank you, Bill.

This is such a lovely piece, my dear Sister. Moqui is here with me now, Karen...& we are both quite breathless at your delicate finesse, your obviously heartfelt words, as well as your beautiful ink spilled across this parchment for our sake. What a beautiful Valentine's Day gift, Sweetie. Thank you, Karen. We love you right back, Lady.

A subtle tenderness and the pattern you used behind it makes it come to life. It's filling in the empties inside me with a very warm feeling. Nice Klassy. Wish you did this more often, you always make me happy.
