I Made This Card

Valentine’s Day has finally come
I made this card for you
I hope it doesn’t sound too dumb
It says; “ I love you too”
I made this card with all my heart
In hopes that we will never part
I made this card
I made this card
With all the love I can impart

I gathered all the things I need
And put them in a pile
To make this card and to succeed
I had to make you smile
I love your face you crazy fool
I love it when you think you’re cool
I love your face
I love your face
I love the way you make me drool

A homemade card is really hard
But it’s so personal
I did not want to steal a card
That might be criminal
It says the words I love a bunch
I’ll give you sex right after lunch

    I already commented, but I will some more if you like.The repetition is fun and imparts the sweet simple Valentine's Day mood. After the first stanza you start zapping it up :"I've gathered all the things I need /and put them in a pile" "I love your face you crazy fool/I love it when you think you're cool".... "I love the way you make me drool". In short it gets delightfully sassy
    rather than being only sappy. Also following "It says the words I love a bunch" with "I'll give you sex right after lunch" It comes across spontaneous and delightful.
