Through these short few years that we have been together
I have found more love than one person should ever get to keep for herself
the love I feel when you look into my eyes is so very deep

You bring me happiness with each touch of your hand, each smile upon your face
a once broken and dying heart has been totally healed by you and you alone

before we even met you were there in the shadows waiting for that moment
