Swept away
in waves of emotions
Caught up in breakers
in the eye of the storm
We are coupled
as we crash
the waves of love
Gently rocking together
on soothing swells
Anticipating high tides
Loathing low tides
Yet together...

I like the way you can take the lines on the left and they read as a poem alone, together this imagery has more depth, however, they carry the same message. Intriguing! Love it

Love is such a grand emotion, and you've penned it with all the passion that runs through the portals of the heart. This is beautiful, and it is easy to see you are in love. I am so happy for you. I know this love you speak of, almost 36 years of it with an adorable man. Keep loving, no matter the trials. If the love is deepest it will weather any storm.
