I used to hate people who turned their headphones all the way up. Rude, obnoxious.
Today I walked through the city surrounded by my own sound track. The headphones vibrated lovingly against my ears. The sweet tones and notes completely obscuring the sounds of the humanity around me.
People with very loud headphones are trying to block out the sounds of humanity.

Its true, though I have known that for years. It can be quite awesome to just lose yourself and the world in music.
