Beautiful Spirit

Beautiful In Spirit

A gentle word like a spark of light,
Illuminates me,body and soul.
As each sound goes deeper,
 the vibrations makes me glow.

There is no corner, no dark place,
your love cannot fill
And when the world starts crashing,
It's that caring that causes it to still.

And yes, you always speak to me,
In Spirit with honesty and truth.
Your caring arms keeps out the rain,
YOUR LOVE, the ultimate roof.

So thank you, my Savior for being there,
For supporting me and my family.
I'll do the same for you, you know,
for all Eternity.

This is so tender and touching. Simple and meaningful. It really uplifts and blesses. God bless.

This sounds exactly what my cousin Kaye said about her mother. That they talked to each other even after she was gone. She also loved the doves. You have been tagged. I hope you feel better. I am doing three clappies because this reminds me so much of my family.

  • Aww... So beautiful...

Tender, loyal & heartfelt in its emotional depth & loving sentiment...
I love poetry that makes me feel & this did...
    Impressive work as always...
    Keep it up...
    Well done!!!

    Thank You!!

Thank You for Your entry: Beautiful Spirit
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and after reading several times~ I am Honored also Humbled You took the time to pen for my contest You took the prompt and ran with it~ Bravo!!
When I digest words written, images come through that grab hard~ I have to say- when I read Your words~
had me balling like a baby- because of the energy exuded- You could have weaved one word- with same energy and I still would be balling like a baby I kept being shown a cradle- and it swaying back and forth- just the cradle- but feel reference to a loss- feels masculine in energy but tiny- I'm being shown reference to fig leaf- represents New Life- New Beginnings- I am nudged to mention- Start Over-Strange as it may sound - I am being shown the planting of this leaf- and it sprouting- feminine energy~ sounds wild- but phrase: oldest daughter - however that is to be interpreted Also being shown liquid- as if important- and hands going through it- not drinking just cupping- and letting it go-also word: miracle-
Your Passion could be felt- as if crying while writing whether in Spirit or literally
for some reason was getting phrase: Miracle at Saint Anne [I know there is a movie similar in phrase I just gave] but something about either the words-the theme or contents- I am nudged to mention to You
Hopefully my words make some sense
Powerful verse and message You have brought forth

    These words grabbed and pulled-
And yes, you always speak to me,
In Spirit with honesty and truth.
Your caring arms keeps out the rain,
    YOUR LOVE, the ultimate roof.
    Emotional Voice spoken~

Thank You for sharing Your Heart also Spirit
also best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
    **Judging will be done shortly...
    Many blessings too
with much love and light~ Desire~*~
