If I could pluck you out of heaven
for just one more day
we'd spend it hand and hand
enjoying each other
If I could build a staircase so you could come back
we'd first be in each others embrace
Bus rides to different places
dominoes
tell you all the things I never said
then I could finally let you go
Even after 11 years it still feels raw
it still hurts in the same way as when you first left this world
If I have just one more day to see you one last time I'd ask if you had that white one I put on your coffin? then I could finally say goobyex

They say time heals, sometimes I honestly don't believe this saying, time allows us to grieve and learn to handle how to live without the one we have lost but it never heals.
Indeed a pleasure to read, goodluck in the contest...julie x
