This year has come with many laughter and joys
But with every relationship there is a high and a low
This is when true feelings are tested and tried
Where it’s proven whether we will truly last
This past month have been really hard for me
And there were times I just wanted to give up
Not knowing whether your love for me was true
Hoping and wishing that you really loved me too
Trying to hold on to something that might not be there
One good thing did come out in all of this...
I realized just how much I really love you
I had said I loved you many times...
But I never truly looked deep within my heart.
When our love was tested this past month
I searched my heart and found pure gold.
Now I see how deep my love for you really goes
It has build roots deep within my soul
No matter what this life might bring us
Know that my love for you is real
My trust in you is gone, and I can't fix that alone
But if your love for me is real
I know that with time that trust again we can built
