Showing parcels of skin
To bear to the enemy
A momentary high
A bead of sweat
Convey to them the need
For self-centeredness
"me...me...only me"
She shouts
And screams
And heaves
To vomit imperfection
Would be revolutionary
Evolution
To her finest, dearest nightmares
As she binges and purges evils of the mind
Expurgating any slight door of light
Leave her mangling
By the side of the rooftop
From her ugliest mistakes
Eyes bare
And cold
And dead
Mirroring nothing but the world before her
