At times you may see, I am far away
As if I've left this world behind
With a look of peace that seems to say
I am dancing in my mind
As if by chance, an inner voice
Has taken full control
Where no one can hear, but to me quite clear,
Is the music in my soul
I am in a warm embrace, in a distant place,
Where sunlight always gleams
I twirl and spin as I dance within
The circle of my dreams
Free from strife, in another life,
I have left this world behind
So if once in awhile, you see a dreamy smile
I'll be dancing in my mind

I think this is just so gentle of thought. It reminds me of the moments i spend meditating. I can lose myself in meditation just the way you describe in this wonderful little write. It also describes how I feel when I lose myself in writing my stories. Just spot on. Thank you and no need for any changes.

This is a very dreamy piece. I loved how it's so imaginatively articulated and expressed. It definitely left me with a nice lingering feeling. It's a great concept and made for a pleasurable read.
