Revenge in the Night..

The way you made love to me last night,
the way you moved against my body,
surging deeply, filling me with passion,
forcing gently, the petals to open wide..

Tasting slowly, every inch, tongue searching
out every little crevice, dwelling long and deep,
hands constantly moving, reaching, touching
like an explorer, you left nothing unfound..

Reluctantly, running my hands down your thighs,
feeling your muscles, their movement taut..
Your warm sweat, like liquid salty-honey,
made it's way into my mouth, aphrodisiatic..

Your fingers probing, softly rubbing, pushing,
like a locked door that demands the key..
I had no choice but to let you into the fire
that was beginning to rage deep inside of me..

The anger from our petty fight, like ice,
began to melt away, the heat from within me,
forges stoked by your knowing, familiar hands,
left no room for anything but exquisite release..

Release delayed again and again, like torture,
pleasure and pain, building up and letting down..
To the very edge of madness and, perhaps, beyond,
you led me down this path, locked in chains..

But today, my husband, will bring a brand new night,
and I will extract upon you a punishment, a torture,
you can but only dream of in your deepest fears..
I smile, body already aware of the pleasures to come..

    This is lovely! I was fascinated by the way you were able to sustain the sense of tension, like a couple on the edge of fulfillment, throughout the body of the poem.
