The world crumbling under their feet,
walk on shifting sands in desert heat.
Sahara parched and dry beneath sun,
journey to their destiny has begun.
Travelers wander search for lost soul,
yearn to believe to make them whole.
Once felt the glory of faith from above,
basked in the power of heavenly love.
Life became hard and so they gave in,
to the temptation of evil and sin.
Ground they walk is unsteady, shakes,
good keep giving, the fools only takes.
In noon day sun forgiveness is sought,
repent the life of misery they brought.
Beneath the stars they fall one by one,
to their knees before God's only son.
Fought through trials and tribulations,
bodies ridden of all infestations.
God Almighty reached down His hand,
saved the wanderers on shifting sand.
