Three monthes ago yesterday,
I would not have seen.

I would not have broken down,
At the thought of your name,
Your touch, your tone, your sound.
An empty feeling,
Deep within,
Uncovered, discovered,
Purpose grim.

Something's missing

I will admit,
I have tried,
To let go,
To reside,
In a heart that fits the sorrow,
In a heart full of tomorrow.

Somethings missing

And until the day I die,
Until the day I'm gone,
The feeling will not grow shy,
If anything shine on.

And on the day,
I'm filled with bliss,
I can guarentee you,
It's that feeling I'll miss.

    Yhis is a beautiful write. It was well put. I liked the repitition of "somethings missing" oit fit well. my fav part is

    Your AP name is obviously something very personal. I peeked at your profile, and whatever happened three months ago yesterday (a break-up, I assume) happened about a week after you became a member of AP, right? Or maybe it was right around the same time. Otherwise, you must have known it was coming for you to pick "something's missing" as your user name. None of my business, I know. But I did enjoy your poem, and it prompted me to do a little digging. Keep it up.
