On a black stallion I move
Two rods to beat any draw
Silvery guns now unleashed
And the Sun sets on this town.
Old hat on a lethal swing
Whispers Nigger to be calm
Reins dropped on the lone bar stumps
Tracks leading me to this joint.
Shoulders push through the twin doors
Gossip and chatter just drown
For I call 'Nasty' Bank thief
Chairs tumble as men move away.
Cornered he moves to draw
Steel eyes in lightening reach
Watch 'Nasty' howl; his gun drops
As smoke from my guns vanish.
Author notes
Sudden was a character rather a hero from the wild west working hand in hand with the Governor to eradicate crime.
He carried two Guns, rode a black horse called Nigger

Good story here my friend; the pursuit ends in a gunfight, as seems to be the case in a lot of western tales, truth or fiction.
Good luck in the contest,

Lots of Western detail here. I enjoyed your write and it's interesting to see it's based on someone who actually fought crime. There seems to have been a lot of that in the Wild West.
Nice write.
