Drawing Love on Your Cheek

Slowly my fingers
draws love on your soft cheek.
You smile in a shy way.

Who could not love you
Your beauty is a spring day
full of blue birds singing songs

Deep and powerful;
are the emotions I feel,
a thunderstorm in full force

Sensation of touch
permeating into me
by contact of lips.

I become a wave
and you become a sea shell
resounding sighs of passion.

Most of this didn't really strike me as anything profound, but the last stanza was unique and interesting.

    "I become a wave
and you become a sea shell
    resounding sighs of passion."

I like the metaphors you used. It makes for a nice ending. However, I wish you would've written in that fashion throughout the whole poem..
