My world has been turned upside down,
My head is spinning,
My mind is reeling,
I long for encouragement.

My life will never be the same again,
I am hurt and lonely,
I am lost and confused,
I long to be comforted.

My dreams for the future are gone,
My love has turned away,
My heart is broken,
I long for acceptance.

I want to be understood,
