If you feel you have lost out on love
then you have given your heart away
For without a heart
there is no love at all
There is no existence
There is nothing
How sad for a soul
that cannot love itself
for self Love is the most precious of all
The body weeps in horror
for it longs for emotion
It cries out for acceptance
and it dry's up like dust in the desert
You can see a soul that is lost
For it cowers in the corner
hiding,wimpering,slithering
like a snake
But when self love is dominant
strong and alert
a wonderful journey through
mysterious paths
caverns of joy
and mountains of desires
keeps the heart alive
No matter who crosses the path
of the one with self love
It will be a fleeting glimps
an adventure in sharing
but without domination
Such is true love
for from self love and respect
we find a spring board
to self worth and independance
Far greater values
than being lost and absorbed
in another human being
and allowing them to control
our heart
We can be our own worst enemy
or our own most faithful friend

You did it!
I'm crying!!!
wow this was excellent!!! How true this is, I really needed this! You didn't give me what I wanted but rather what I needed!!!!!! I love the line:
No matter who crosses the path
of the one with self love
It will be a fleeting glimps
an adventure in sharing
but without domination
Wow now that is my problem I think, you hit this one on the head thanks for entering and good luck!!!!
