What does it take to kill a person
from the inside out?
Do they have to breathe acid
in their lungs?
Or does a quick stab through the heart
work better?
Or maybe the best way to start is by
torturing the mind...
If someone knew the answer...
there would be reason to hide.

Yeah... I saw this contest and I wanted to enter this poem, but I could not find it, so I did not. The poem is moslty what I think about diabetes when your blood sugar is too high or low. (It's my own type of torture)

A short and simple write, but it conveys it's message very well. I think your first two lines would sound better, and have more clarity, if you said "from the inside out," but that's really the only thing I would change. Thank you for the entry, and well done!
