I was reading through some memories,
as imagined tears ran down my cheeks.
These words that spoke of friends forever,
now just a life gone past.
You wished that we were closer,
is it a wish that you have still?
These tears would fall through my heart,
if only the sentiment were shared.
Memories these words will stay,
Till the day you say hello.

Well, it's truly what I asked for. Nothing but emotion. You had a great flow here, easy to read and touching at the same time. It's not like T.S. Elliot which I cannot understand to save my life. Good luck and great write
