The carefree night, wraps itself around the lifeless leaves.
And within this melodic gale, the scent of the forest imprints
on the solemn ambience. Paramour. And silence overwhelms
the quaint spirits that innocently wonder into the folding trees.
Lovers entangle their sinuous fingers on fickle wavering plots.
While orchids of their secrets, passionately bloom every six
months. And there they remain, luring gazes holding their stance,
daring each other on each step. They remain silently behind.
And the waving branches carve intricate feelings in their terse
arms. Marking their previous actions with hints for the blinking
Future. Destiny interlaced with Perception, seeps in darkly through
Deception. And their gaze remains impreviously alert, infatuated.
A shiver runs by the forest. I look into your eyes and you notice my
skin tremble. Your touch tries to assuage its rippling goose bumps.
But to no avail. And so your gaze beholds mine, keeping my stance
locked, there’s no running now. No hiding, and you ignore my
Unresponsive skin, and skid your caress through intractable curves.
I ignore the rest and try to focus on your enigmatic gaze. There seems
to be no light, or shine, no mystic glitter reflecting the full moon tonight.
A hollow hole to which I see no ending. The depths run profoundly
Within, and I get the feeling you want me to see your soul. You want me
to understand your craving, to impart fully on your unflagging desire.
You want me. But I can’t concentrate for I am hypnotized in the unknown.
There’s beauty in the unknown, beauty of being at destiny’s whims.
At your whim. I try to be fierce, strong. But you’ve been the only
being I’ve hated. The only one who has been able to command such
a response through my intractable skin. I’ve said I’ve never loved.
Because I never really had a reason to love you. But if I hate you?
Here we are trapped within the forest of our youth and restless spirits.
By our own accord we stepped into the folding trees. I reached for your
touch and knew I would recoil when the morning sun filtered in through
the wavering canopy. Reason and love keep little company nowadays.
And with the garish light of thought I would know different, because
you would be different. Detached, afraid, deadly utterly silent. And
this is why I hate you. But I will never comprehend why I love you.
Why my body edges to touch your skin, why I gravitate towards you.
The carefree night, wraps itself around the lifeless leaves of our hearts.
And within this melodic gale, the appealing scent of the forest imprints
on the solemn ambience. Prohibited Paramour. And silence overwhelms
the restless yearning spirits that innocently wonder into the folding trees.
