I once thought I was in love
Until the day I got my heart broken
It's hard to tell when your in love because
Sometimes you can only imagine that person
Spending the rest of your life with them for eternity
Sometimes you see them only as friends and
Nothing more because
You don't feel the same about them
The way they feel about you
So we call that "friendship love"
When you are falling in love
With someone you being
Get butterflies in your stomach
You're always shy around them
Always thinking of them
Never do they leave your thoughts
Not a day goes by without them on your mind
Every second, minute and hour that goes by
You wish for them to be by your side
When your in love
There's no one else on your mind but them
You grow old together and
Die together when it's time
When you have that special someone in your life
You feel like the world spinning
You feel more alive then you
Could ever possible feel
The one you love is worth more then anything in the world and
That's something no one else can afford because
Your love and heart is there's and
No one else
They hold the key to your heart
Like you hold there's
You cherish every moment
When you are with them
Never do you forget the good times you both shared
Well my heart seeks for your love
Combine your love with mine and
The love will never die
As long as your by my side
I love you with all my heart
I will never let you go
No matter what happens
I will always be by your side
Through thick and thin
Until the day I die
My heart is forever yours
No one else can afford
My love that I have for you
No one can ever replace you either ♥

well done for this poem . It was so nice and so sad to . i love how it starts and ends into something dramatic ..... It made me feel like the one .... and you need to have that in poems connecting with people . I would only change the length of the poem make it more snappy and hard hitting it might get it noticed more . good look in the contests you have entered .
