Fallen Dreams

I run my fingers through strands of

Dreams

Nightmares


Caught in my web,

Snared in my traps.





Holding them tenderly...

Tending to some,

Caring for others,

Vanquishing nightmares...






And those that slip through my fingers

Slide to the floor,

Trampled

Beaten

..hopeful?


It's not... carelessness...

There are just

So many dreams -

not all can win.

Right?



So they fall

Trampled - Beaten -

(Still hopeful?)


Then:

Alone

Forgotten


(Not anymore.)

        Twould (Awesome non word, I know) make sense. I like the { } thingies better, but parenthese are totally awesome. I'm also obbsessed with elipses. I use them all the time... (see?!?)
