Risen gates won't open up for me,
Caught here in a fiery place,
Our lives run different ways.
We are the things of shapes to come.
I've seen your evil ways.
Today I am dirty.
Now I don't know and it's kind of hard to explain;
If you feel so empty,
Oh, well imagine,
I'm tired of being what you want me to be.
I can't escape this Hell.
Come ride with me
With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
Crawling in my skin.
Don't cry to me,
If for just one night,
Until the break of dawn.
Come with me
On a cold winter morning, in time before the light.
Can you see me now?
Author notes
Got it from NiennaCalmcacil. Apparently, you're supposed to use 21 random songs from your iPod/MP3 Player. The first line of the first 20 songs are used in the poem, not changing the order, and the title of the 21st is the title. Insert punctuation is you want.
Over all, I'd say this all fits pretty well. Not as good as Nienna's, but good. The title throws it off, though. XD

Nice. Yeah, you're right about the title. It was funny, cuz I was like, "Huh? What's this?" and I opened it, and found a serious-sounding iPod poem, and was instantly confuzzled.
