Venus' Star

From Venus I came in spirit
lovingly sweet, kind
Taking humans on secret journeys
within my poetic mine
Truly romantic, my heart speaks
vividly in laments written
Talented woman full of life by
m' poetry all are smitten
Enchantress, adoring, imagery
sings silent but bold
Touching all emotions softly
engraving wanton goals.

Ah, Venus, so that's where my muse came from...I knew you had something to do with it.

"Engraving wanton goals", now there's something to hold on to; maybe even better than poetry!

    I love you,
    Brazos
