Sometimes
When it rains
You come out to be my sunshine
To be light on the dark dreary days
Sometimes
When I'm blue
You come to light up the day
Surround me in warm white comfort
Some days
I feel a little lonely
When the real sun is out
And you don't pay a visit
On those days
I sit myself down
And just to make sure you come see me
I tell you it's raining
I put on my rain boots, and button my coat
Open my umbrella, and pull up my hood
I sit in the corner and pray for rain
Because then you'll come see me
It works every time

Nice love poem and a bit comical. Like it.

Positive: i loved the repetitiveness of the someday's. and i really liked how the sunshine was someone (it was my pet name for my x so it made me smile) and thank thank thank you for writing a story and not just telling me what the picture looked like

Negative: i feel the sun actually being out could have been written a bit better for imagery of the actual sun and then the sun in your life. i also feel that you can really do similes with rain. just a few idea's
thanks for entering
