A Zebra

Missing image
What a pretty animal this is,
With stripes and short mane
This cousin to my horse it is
But my horse is much more plain

Your black stripes on white
Or is it white stripes on black
I wonder if I can ride you
Just sit upon your graceful back

I’ve heard that you’re all different
No set of stripes are alike they say
Even though you all look the same
Each stripe goes it own unique way

If I could have my own zebra
To play with and take a ride
I think that it would be happy
With my little horse right by its side

That is really cute...did you write the poem for the back ground or the back ground for the poem...sort of which came first the chicken or the egg...it is nice no matter how it happened...
