i hope she tells you every word of love that you deserve, and whispers i love you more than cupcakes and wishes at eleven;eleven in your ear when you've been reduced to tears. i hope she loves you as much as you love her.
iii.
put rings of plastic on her fingers, and take her to all those places that you promised we'd go. maybe you'll swim in the lakes where i sat beside you writing words in prose and pushing my love into your fingers, maybe you'll look back on us and smile, and honestly, thats what i'm wishing for.
iv.
i never want you to forget me, and that you'll look into the sky and think of my face, that you'll look into the blades of grass that we halfheartedly planted and laugh, and remember how we painted your shed white and then with wild daisies and sunflowers before your mother came home.
v.
promise me you'll look back on us and think of how much you loved me, loved us.
promise me that, and i promise that i'll be happy for you always.
vi.
i love you, now love her.

You know it's love when you can see the one you love with someone else, smile and say to them "I am happy for you".
