    This takes more of a poetic approach and not a haiku approach it is haiku in form but not in nature of the poem

    look up HaikuMonk on this site he has written some fine articles on haiku

    great! We saw an eagle when we were camping. It was so majestic sitting in the branches of a dead tree. Surprisingly enough we got a picture of it! Great creatures ...

    there should be an apostrophe in 'nature's scorn' I like the first haiku the best because it's true and humorous in a way.
